The United Way Holiday Home and Studio Tour

The United Way Holiday Home Tour event in which I was so delighted to be able to participate, was a grand success! Many tickets were sold, all of the proceeds going to the efforts of the United Way in Halton Hills.

I was so blessed to be hosted by fellow artist, sculptor Susan Pippy and her husband Bill, in their gorgeous home. I must say their home made my art look fabulous! 😘❤ Thank you guys!

To the many volunteers and organizers who made this event not only successful but fun, thank you!

This lake and landscape impressionist style palette knife painting was created in studio using photos I'd taken while staying at Charlton Lake, Ontario. I love using photos as a jumping off point for my imagination and feelings rather than merely recording what the camera caught in a moment of time.
