I'm dreaming of the peaceful contentment that filled my heart while painting on the shore at Charlton Lake.


The light bouncing, rippling on the water created delicate colour shifts that fascinate the eye and mesmerize the mind.


Capturing those ripples and craggy rocks is a meditative process. Looking at the paintings afterward transports me back to those warm memories, fills me once again with contentment and yes, a longing to go back and do it again.
