Painting warm memories to life creates and recreates a serene space to experience those wonderful feelings again and again.

The two boys in the painting, my boys, are now grown men. They are finding their own way in the world, becoming their own men. But they will always be my boys. ❤

I loved the process of painting them, exploring the memories and emotions, reaching into the past through a soft old photo to create and capture a living memory. 🎨

This is a small crop of a small oil painting. I have big plans that warm my heart ❤ to recapture more of our family memories on canvas. 😊🖌
