I'm sharing a painting that sold a while ago.

I remember well the process was a struggle at first. And then, an epiphany!

Let go.

Just release all my expectations of "should" and "must". Let the brush and the paint reach into my heart and express how I felt about that scene, that fleeting moment.

And now, that memory , that feeling is indelible.

And that, my friend, is why I paint.
